Working with agents produces a lot of material worth keeping: a decision and why it was made, a research result, a setup guide or a design. Artifact Hub is where those go. Each entry is a Markdown file with a typed frontmatter schema: one of seven types (like reference, research, plan or decision), a status, the project it belongs to, tags and related entries. Claude Code adds and updates entries through a skill as part of the work that produced them.
Astro builds it into a static index grouped by project, with filters and a search dialog. Search runs in the browser over every entry’s full text. Entries that point at a source file get flagged when that file changes after the entry was last updated, so I know which ones may be out of date.
A deploy script runs the checks, builds the site, copies it to a homelab VM and keeps the previous build for rollback. It’s served from a read-only nginx container behind Caddy, which turns away anything outside my LAN and tailnet. There are 59 entries across 25 projects so far.
